This is the description of the process required to purchase an order through our servant:

1. Client Registration

The client registers in the system by filling up a form with his personal signs, user name and password of his choice. This process implies the submission of data, through an advanced computer system.

In order to make a transaction that implies confidential information exchange, the client will automatically acceed to the safe zone of the server. The navigator indicates this circumstance by the visualization of an URL (https://www.pacocards.com) and an icon, picturing a closed yellow padlock, seen in the right inferior corner of the navigator, if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer software.

From this moment, any submission of data is made in a completely safe way.

2. Shopping Cart

The client surf our stores and incorporates to his buying cart the articles that he wants to buy.

The “cookies” are small pieces of information that we need to know the interests and preferences of our clients, and do not contain personal information of any class.

3. Order process

Once finalized the selection process, the client goes to the order confirmation section, in which he is asked to identify himself if he has been previously registered; otherwise he is requested to be registered. If the client is already registered at the time of sending the transaction data – as described in point 1 - the only information that travels trough the network is the user name and the reference of the bought articles, because the personal information and payment preferences are saved in our server.
