Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered by certified mail, in padded envelopes, applying these charges for the shipping and handling (automatically calculated):

- Fixed price to Spain 2,90 €
- Fixed price to Europe 6.95 €

RETURNS

The articles offered at our store are in GOOD CONDITIONS. To offer the maximum quality and the best guarantee is our commitment with our clients. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a term of 7 working days, counted from the arriving date, to return it. (According to the art. 44 of the Law 7/1996 - “Arrangement of the Retail Commerce” - of January 15, modified by Law 47/2002, of December, 19).

In case of return, the shipping and pick-up expenses will be charged to the client. In order to make a return, the product has to be in perfect conditions. Any article won’t be refunded if does not arrive in perfect conditions. Once the merchandise is received in our dependencies, and after the verification of its conditions, we will proceed to the refund of the payment, according to the modality used by the client. In any case, the expenses from the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be charged to www.pacocards.com, as long as the client communicates this circumstance in the term of seven (7) days, counted from the date of reception of the package. In order to make your return effective, please send us an email explaining the causes to: pacocards@gmail.com


DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery term will depend on the availability of the demanded products, and the province or country towards the shipment has to go; in any case, it will count from the moment in which www.pacocards.com receives the payment of the order. The delivery of any of the products of transaction under the present general conditions is subject of the availability plan of www.pacocards.com, that will put the maximum effort in order to carry out the deliveries in the projected, offered or confirmed date. Nevertheless, www.pacocards.com will not acquire any responsibility on the delays for reasons beyond its control.

On the assumption that the products are available, delivery terms will be determined once the order is made; so far, the delivery date will be undetermined.

In case of unavailability of any of the article(s) ordered, the client will be notified by e-mail or by phone, and the order could be completely or partially cancelled or changed. Under these circumstances, the payment, if any, will be fully and immediately reimbursed.

The delay on the delivery of an order, caused by lack of stocks of any item requested will not imply the cancellation of the order, unless the client requests it to www.pacocards.com, before the shipping. Any kind of delay will carry compensation for the clients from www.pacocards.com. Any penalty clause related to delays and introduced by the client in the order will be void.
